These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of development, integration, automation, and related services ("Services") provided by TimePro — a digital agency specializing in website development, advertising campaigns, and automation of online systems.

By engaging our Services, accessing our integrations, or using tools and platforms we’ve built for you, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Definitions
Client: A person or business entity using our services.

Application: Any website, web service, platform, or automated system we design, build, or support for you.

End Users: Users who access or interact with your application.

Third-Party Tools: Any external services or APIs integrated into your application (e.g., CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics tools).

Content: Any data, media, brand assets, or user-generated material processed or displayed via your application.

2. Scope of Services
TimePro offers:

Custom website and e-commerce development

API and system integrations

Automation of business processes

Advertising and analytics setup

UI/UX design and technical support

Each project is implemented based on a confirmed scope of work (brief, technical task, or agreement).

3. Licensing & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:

All source code, designs, and tools developed specifically for your project are your property upon full payment.

We may use open-source or third-party components as part of your application, subject to their respective licenses.

TimePro retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree to:

Use all delivered solutions in a lawful, ethical manner

Inform your users of any data collection in accordance with GDPR or local regulations

Avoid reverse engineering, reselling, or sublicensing TimePro-built systems unless explicitly permitted

Provide accurate content, materials, and access required for the development process

We reserve the right to suspend or limit support for applications that are used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or technically harmful.

5. Confidentiality
All project-related information, including access credentials, business processes, and internal documentation, is treated as confidential. TimePro will not share or disclose this data to third parties without your consent, except when legally required.

6. Support & Maintenance
TimePro may offer post-launch support, monitoring, or additional development services by agreement. Ongoing maintenance plans can be provided under a separate support contract or hourly terms.

7. Fees & Payment
All service fees are outlined in your quote or invoice.

Work begins upon initial deposit (or full payment, if agreed).

Delayed payments may result in paused development or restricted access to deliverables.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate cooperation with written notice. Upon termination:

All unpaid fees become due.

TimePro will provide all completed materials and assist with transfer or documentation if required.

Access to third-party tools managed by TimePro may be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability
TimePro is not liable for:

Third-party service outages or errors

Improper use or misconfiguration of the delivered systems

Losses due to failure to maintain secure access on the client side

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Publicity
With your permission, TimePro may reference your brand or project in case studies or promotional materials. You may request to remain anonymous or opt out at any time.
